Computers and especially smartphones are making our lives more convenient. Can you imagine everyday life without making phone calls, writing SMS, emails etc. or being constantly online anymore? What is actually happening to all the data we are constantly “generating”? Intelligence agencies around the world, particularly the NSA, are scanning and saving under the pretext of the “War on Terror” all this private and confidential information without (!) ever asking for permission! The revelations of Edward Snowden about their doings are known to all of us, but nothing has changed since then. Shouldn’t the widespread attitude: “I’ve nothing to hide!” better be: “My private data is none of your damn business!”?
