The entire order process in our web shop is recorded digitally. The stored data, however, will never be disclosed to third parties.

1. Use of Non-Personal Data:
You can visit the awear® website without giving any information about yourself. We store only access data without personal references such as name of your internet service provider or the site from which you are visiting us. All files are used solely to improve our offer and allow no conclusion about you as a person.

2. Use of Personal Data:
Personal data will only be stored as part of your order, meaning if you voluntarily provide us with it. We use this information only to process and fulfill your order. With completion of the contract and after receiving the full payment, your data will be blocked for further use and erased after a period requested by commercial laws.

3. Disclosure of Personal Data:
Your personal data will be transferred to the relevant shipping organization, as far as this is necessary for the delivery process. (Name and address). In order to complete payments, we pass your payment details on to the relevant banking institution.

You have the right to gratuitous information (per e-mail) regarding your personal and saved data, as well as the right to correct, inhibit, cancel - if the request is compliant with financial and commercial laws.
